  We’ll take an honest look at the message your brand and presence are sending before you ever get an inquiry. You’ll learn how to position yourself closer to luxury clients and why your current positioning may be attracting the events you’re booking now.

  10:15–11:00 AM | Wedding Planner Panel: Expectations, Relationships, Referrals & Reputation
  Hear directly from luxury wedding planners about what high-end clients expect to see and hear before they consider vendors. We’ll also dig into what conversations actually matter behind the scenes, how referrals really work at the luxury level, and how reputation is built (or quietly lost).

  Branding is more than fonts, presets, and a pretty bio. We’ll break down how your brand (or lack of clarity) may be disqualifying you before an inquiry is ever made, and how to align your messaging with the clients you want.

  A short, optional time to reset your mindset, reflect, and start the day grounded and focused.

  9:00–10:00 AM | Social Media Strategy with Eli Williams
  Learn social media strategy from Eli Williams, a former wedding videographer turned social media specialist. This session focuses on what actually drives growth and engagement and how to build a presence that supports higher-end bookings.

  10:15–11:00 AM | “Build It Better” Workshop (Live Account + Content Feedback)
  You’ll work in real time on your social media presence with help from instructors and peers. Expect direct, kind feedback on your posts, images, and copy so you leave with clearer content and a stronger strategy.

  11:15 AM–12:00 PM | THE TRUTH: Bride Panel
  Hear from real high-end clients about why they hired certain vendors—and why they didn’t. You’ll learn common “turn-offs” to avoid right now and what creates trust at the luxury level.

  12:00–12:30 PM | What’s Next + Closing
  Wrap-up, next steps, and how to implement what you learned after you leave The Greenbrier.
